Ronnel failed to locate my money even after i complaint at Hello peter, she called but no resolution. Truworths replied saying the matter has been resolved but not. I called and spoke to Erika the manager at Sanceda and confirmed that my money is not on their account as truwoths said and i should contact Truworths because i paid to their account. I fail to understand as to why should i be the one calling the Sanceda and not people who claims to have trasfered my funds to Sanceda. when i call truworths legal department Fouzia Wagie says her management confirmed that the payment has been send to Sanceda. NB: im been sent from pilar to post and this is February and march's payment.
