Bad service and bad attitude

I did my month end shopping at P&P as usual - there where only 5 tills open out of the -20. Me as well as other customers complained to the manager on the floor - her name is Innocent. She replied by saying that they didn't forcast as many customers (at month end??!!) and couldn't help (why don't they just open up more tills??). I am 31 weeks pregnant and was waiting in que for half an hour, when I got to the front of the que the customer in front of me didn't have enough money to pay for her groceries - so off the she went with the lady that packs the bags for another 10 -15mins, after which the whole line of other customers including me are still waiting. The cashier, Busisiwe, didn't say sorry for the wait or inform us on what was going on. Only after I queried the situation she just looked at me as if I was crazy. The floor manager and her where extremely rude. I left my entire trolly of groceries there and left, I was extremely upset. I called the P&P help line REF: 8001151361 the manager of the branch called me back and said that she would report back to me on the situation and compensate me for the time I have wasted shopping there.2 Weeks have passed and NO reply?
