Out of the /- 24 tills in the Edgars Cresta branch ONLY 6 tills were open when I went there in my lunch hour. Its the final day of the "up-to 75%" sale and on top of that its month end!!! I had to hurry as I had to be back at my office by 14h00. I finished my shopping by 13h30, the lower ground had only 3 tills open with about 20 people standing in the queue, so I went upstairs where there was aslo ONLY 3 tills open. I stood in the queue until 14h10... there was 18 customers in front of me and 14 customers behind me. The one guy even called the manager which never in the 40 minutes that I stood in that queue arrived. This is the worst service that Ive ever had with Edgars. Why have so many tills with so little staff??? Espesially on a day that the sale ends??? I really am so disgussted with Edgars. What happend to keeping the consumers happy?
