On the weekends and after about 4 o clock during week days the queues for the tills are extremely long. Sometimes the queues are so long that the people block the entire front section of the store and shoppers struggle to pass them to do the shopping. The reason why the queues are so long is that sometimes there are only 2 or 3 tills open for the entire store!!! The last few times I shopped there I went to the manager and asked him if he can open up more tills and most times 3 or 4 cashiers seem to appear out of nowhere and open tills. What are these cashiers doing while they are supposed to be working and surely the manager has enough mental capacity to see that the lines are long and go fetch the people that are supposed to be working. I am so fed up with this problem that i no longer shop at pick n pay which is frustrating now because I do not get any of the healthy cash back benefits from discovery.
