I went to your store based at Diepkloop square/mall on the 3rd of April 2013, we did our groceries and had less than 10 items and went to that express till, waited in the queue for more than one hour. Looking at the other tills there were only six tills open and the queues were very long. At the express till there only 2 cashiers working at the till. One was working with the grant and the other one Agnes who helped us, i asked her where the manager or assistance manager or supervisors was, she directed me to Dipuo who is their CSM, i went to her and she was busy on the phone waited for 3 minutes thinking she will pay attention to me, but she just ignored me and looked the other way. I was appalled by the service i received is this how you treat your customers, you have lost me as customer. The fact that your store is based geographically to accommodate the large masses of SOWETO and to have only six tills working no manager, assistance manager or supervisors on the floor is very repulsive
