Incredibly rude and lazy cashier (s)

I got to the front of the queue with a very heavy basket full of groceries and my hands full, although the store was busy the cashiers were all standing in a group in front of an open till having a conversation while the rest of the customers waited in line. when eventually they begrudgedly decided to move and i got my groceries on the counter the cashier told me "you know there are other tills free" with a very rude look which i ignored and continued to empty my basket. the cashier sat there looking bored while i struggled with full hands to put my groceries on the counter and then told me to pass her a heavy item which was sitting right in front of her. there was then an issue with my card but instead of telling me what the issue was or if there was a problem at all she continued to swipe my card until i asked what the problem was in which case she just starred at me without a word until i gave her another card, there was no management in sight. i live in the area and find that kind of attitude appalling considering i regularly shop at woollies. this is not the first time i have encountered bad management and bad attitudes in the store. i will not be returning
