On Saturday, 16 November 2013, I visited your store in Bayside Mall to purchase some goods. When I got to the cashier to pay, one of my items needed an override from the supervisor as it was priced incorrectly. While waiting approximately 15 minutes for the supervisor, Samantha, to be found, one customer walked out as the superviser was nowhere to be found. And the rest of us were left waiting. The staff assisting us did everything they could to try and find someone to do the overrides. Where was the manager... sitting in his office
Is this how you support your staff who are dealing with irate customers??? And when Samantha was eventually found..apparently she had been in the stock room... she did not even apologise instead had a terrible attitude, as if she was doing us a favour.!!! I will not be visiting this store again. Poor staff... no support.
