The service in this store is shocking, firstly the store was chaotic an messy trolleys everywhere and not enough tellers for the month end crowd. I wanted to buy a set of three tennis ball and took them based on the price that was listed on the shelf. These where the only on the shelf and they were priced at R12.99, when I paid at the till the price was R59.99. I informed the cashier of the discrepancy who called the supervisor or controller who walked with me to the isle and informed me that t price was wrong and informed me that the that are priced at R12.99 where in a different packaging which were not on the shelf at the time. Furthermore the that were left on the shelf were not priced at all. She proceeded to ask me whether I will take the goods or not. In terms of treating customers fairly what is your organisation's policy on incorrectly priced goods? The so called supervisor Keitumetse was dismissive and also made a snide joke with the cashier when I was paying for my other goods. I will not be coming back to this store again and find the way this matter was handled, offensive to say the least.
