I have just had the most shocking customer service EVER from a staff member at PNP Liquor Store Paviion - I was looking for a staff member to assist me, there was one lady working on the till with quite a few customers waiting to pay - The other staff member was based at the other till (closed) with the store security guard playing on his ipad / tablet - I asked him if he was working at the store - He replied NO - He said that the lady on the till was the only staff member in the store - Due to the queue I decide to leave the store.
As I was leaving the store a Supervisor walked in - I then saw the guy immediately put his tablet away & open his till - I went back inside & expressed my extreme frustration to the Supervisor, & explain what had happen, she said that the staff member had already received a warning & that she would deal with the situation via their personnel dept -
How can someone who has a job with a Corporate organisation have the cheek to treat the customers in this way!!!
There was another customer also complaining about the staff attitude @ the PNP Pavilion store, apparently this level of customer service is normal at this store!!!
