After about 5 minutes of picking out a few items to try out I walked to the fitting rooms to try them on only to discover that the fittingrooms are under construction (the rather large amount of plastic and locked doore gave it away) I then proceeded to ask one of the staff where the fitting rooms are. She pointed to the end of the store and said to go right to the end by the pay point... when I got there I asked another 2 members of staff who then wanted to send me back to the other end of the store, when I informed them that there fitting room is under maintenance they said they do not know where it is. I then went to the pay point and asked the cashier who very arogantly also told me the fitting rooms were on the other end from which I just came and did not believ me when I said it was under maintenance.By this point I was fedup and left the clothes right there. I then found a fourth member of staff and requesting to see the manager, who then first escorted me all around edgars looking for the fitting room. The fitting room was found... and yes... not even close to the direction that any of the staff pointed! Have the managers of Edgars never heard of a meating? Disgusted!
