Very very bad service with a disgusting attitude

I am completely disgusted with the level of service received from the Promenade M/Plain branch.

On Sunday i went to the store to do an exchange, waited for about 10 minutes in the line, then when i got to the front i had to wait yet again. The cashier called the supervisor (Natasha) twice to override over the intercom, to which she did not come, they then physically needed to go and call her. When she finally decided to come she took her own sweet time without a care in the world.

Now, i've experienced situations before at other stores where 1 has to wait for someone quite a while, but then the superviser will come, greet the customer and apologise for the wait. Natasha did not do this at all. when i raised the issue by saying "Jy kan mos nie jou customers so laat wag nie" she looked me in my face, turned and walked away!!! Is that the way Ackermans trains their staff? And to top it all, i went to the manager, Nonwabisa, to complain about Natasha, Nonwabisa promised me feedback about my complaint. Even took down my details, yet, today is Wednesday and i have still not received any feedback. So why take my details in the first place?
