I went to Edgars yesterday at 12h40 to return stuff. I went to the upstairs cashier where Customer Services is. There was 1 assistant on the phone assisting a customer. There was a que of 3 people and they said they were waiting forever. I saw a store security walking past so I asked her if there was any other staff around to assist. She looked me up and down and did not say a word. I then saw another staff who looked like she was admin staff. I asked her to call the store manager. She said he was on a conference call. She told me to use the cashier downstairs and the cosmetic cashier. I went to the cosmetic counter, there was another customer being helped by the assistant, however they needed the cashier from the main desk to do an override. I then decided to go to the main desk and there was only 1 cashier at that desk and about 5 customers in the queque. Customers were really angry as they were in the queque for a long time and now demanded to see the manager. The poor cashier kept saying that he was on a conference call. I was on a lunch break and spent 40 minutes to return stuff. I left my contact details for the manager Jaimie to call me, needless to say he did not.
