This saturday, 2013/07/06 11:15 AM, I was about to purchase items from this store, the store was busy, with the queue to the cashier extremely long and ONE cashier at the till, after 15 minutes of waiting, I asked the manger why can he not assist the cashier because the store is so busy and people begun getting restless, the manager responded with a disgusting attitude that there is only one till is functional and customers can either wait or leave, with the cashier dragging himself and attending to the customers. How is it possible that during a busy period, one till can be functional?? Does Exact not cater for large amount of customers at their stores?? Myself and couple of other customers left the items back and walked out of the store. Why should customers put up with such disgusting service??? I will never shop at this store again
