No staff, Security answers store telephone, bad se

Have you ever tried to phone Edgars Bayside on a weekend. DON'T.After holding on for a long time you are passed around the store by the SECURITY, who answer the phone. They have no clue what is going on and struggle to converse properly on the phone. Have you tried using their customer servive centre or any one of their paypoints... people are waiting up to 30 minutes to be served and actually leaving the store without their purchaces. On asking for assistance with facial products, I encountered staff who had no idea what was going on and totall lack of help on the floor... there is no staff!!! It was a nightmare... and listening to all the IRATE customers made it a bad shopping experience. Many of us said this is the LAST time this store will see us!!! The staff are also suffering as they are being yelled at by clients as there is not enough staff to assist. I believe there isn't even a store manager..how could Edgards allow their staff and clients to experience this.
