GAME STORE MIDDELBURG - NO SERVICE & BAD ATTITUDE FROM STAFF
This morning at 10:00 am I went to the Game store at the Middelburg Mall for only one item. I searched for my item and also searched for staff to help me but they were non existing. I walked around the store (which was very busy) and could only see staff chatting around and Massive ques at the tillpoints. There were only 3 tills open and people were getting very frustrated. I was also dissapointed because staff that could have helped or soothed the situation were just standing around doing nothing (this includes managers laughing & chatting). Another customer at the announcement desk was flipping out because she asked for assistance at the Outdoor department but no one came.
This wasnt my first bad experiance at this Game store, about a month ago I wanted to purchase am outdoor table set and also needed assistance, after waiting for 30minutes a very unfriendly manager came to help but really had a bad attitude. While she was "assisting" me she was talking in her native language to other staff in my face which I found rude.
Im a regular customer at Game stores, but this Game store in the Middelburg Mall is pathetic.
