Good day
I have bought a summit kettle from home-choice around April/ May 2013 of which now i have paid it in full. In October 2013 it stopped working. I called Home-choice and they advised me contact [Email Removed] whereby they said i must take my kettle to Pretoria Appliance and TV repairs in Pretoria west which they received on the 21st October. On 12/11/2013 i received a call from repairs and they said to me they cannot fix the kettle and they claim that the problem with the kettle is that i have dropped it, on top of that i must pay them R 100 since homechoice won't be paying and i will still get a not fixed kettle. I have never dropped the kettle and the same kettle is just about six months old. Please help as i bought it so expensive and now within six months is not working. I have called home choice they said they were offline and they will call me once they are online again. i have send email to explain the matter but i still don't get response from them. As for the repairs they are saying i must come and negotiate with the technician but i see no point since the claim is not valid.
Regards
Tebogo
