I opened an account at homechoice 2 months ago, they delivered as promised then one of the items was a kettle of almost R600 with all handling and postal cost over 16 months was broken the switch was not working then i send the kettle back they send a new ketlle that worked untill a bout three weeks ago from today, the i called Homechoice to report the kettle just stoped working then one of the operators advise me that i should take the kettle to an outlet so that a electrician the ketlle, i mean the kettlle is less than three months old and i paid my account up meaning the ketlle is paid in full surely i was suppose to be given better service, this is not the first incident i had with Homechoice i want a brand new kettle cause i have already paid for the kettle or my money back with immidiate effect.
