On the 25th March, my mother went to Jet Mart in Soweto, Dobsonville to return a kette that stopped working and she was told with ATTITUDE that nothing can be done as this is not the stores problem. We were using the kettle and then one day we tried again to use it and it just wouldn't boil the water. I must say even when I went to purchase the kettle the service was shocking and the store was disgusting.
I have a receipt and all and was advised I have a 1 year warranty on the kettle but alas yesterday my mother was treated like an uneducated fool.
I am highly appalled...
