Damaged kettle

I bought a kettle from wonder park pick n pay, in April the kettle stopped functioning and I returned it, I was told it will be booked in for repairs with the supplier and will be fixed within six weeks. I will be contacted once it has been fixed. It's June now, 2 and a half months later, no phone call from pick n pay or status on my appliance.
