Call Centre bad attitude, Paying items i dont have

I bought a kettle at homechoice and returned it on 29 April 2013. I made several follow ups for them to credit my account with the amount but nothing has happened. Now the homechoice call centre they call me several times per day on a daily basis asking for the payment for that kettle. I checked with the post office on 19 July 2013 why the kettle hasnt arrived at homechoice and they checked on the tracking system and they said it was with homechoice they received it on 9 May 2013. Im just tired of this company called homechoice, if i try to explain to the call centre they turn to be so rude asking me to pay for the kettle, sometimes they just hang on. I just want to close this homechoice account and i dont want anything to do with them. after all their agents call me at least twice a day telling me about promotions, they are quiet boring and they waste my precious time.
please i need someone to resolve this issue about the returned parcel and close the account
