HI, I bought a kettle at HomeChoice in July, a day before the 14day trail, the kettle broke. I sent it back and havent received a response saying that the kettle was received via courier. I had to pay two installments on this kettle which I had no use of. Now i must pay while they are figuring out whats wrong, Im very upset because if you dont want to pay accounts then they wana phone a million times to pay your debt or they list you, but now they owe the client something they dont even phone once. First and last time im buying something from them, worse service ever.
