On 02/10/2013 at 18:40pm my friend and i went to Woolworths to buy some stuff and on our way out the sucurity guard requested the slip and we saw new born shoes on the trolley which we dont know how they got there (please bear in mind that i have a woolworths account that has credit in it), anyway we are not disputing the fact that they checked the trolley its how they treated us at the back room, they told us we are and made fun of us infront of the stuff and the manager did nothing to sort it out.. They made us sit for 30minutes pretending to watch the footage and only to find out they went because the manager asked them how could they watch it when he has already switched off they sytem. We complaint to their head office and they told us that the manager will call and apologies which he never did. We even sent an email to their regional manger requesting to see the footage but he never responded. This traumatized me coz i dont understand why they could do that for such a world class company... We damand an apology and to see the footage
