Daylight and Bad Service from Woolworths

On Friday, 08 June, I bought 2 packs of school shirts for my 2 children at The Glen Woolworths on my account. Each pack was billed at R210-00. On Monday, 10 June, I went to exchange the one pack to a smaller size Menlyn Woolworths. The lady at the till, Diengoane, only refunded me R120-00. I realised at home that I was charged R210-00 for the shirts, but refunded only R120-00. I went back to Woolworths Menlyn showing them my first charged slip of R210-00 and my second refund slip of R120-00. After a lengthy argument a manager by the name of Laizer Zwane was called to assist. She insisted that I cannot be refunded R210-00 as the barcode of the pack scanned R120-00. Eventually she accepted my request to look at the video camera to see if the cashier did not mistakenly scanned the wrong pack and at the same time put the wrong pack in my bag. The manager returned from the control room and told me that I returned a cheaper shirt pack that cost R120-00 according to the video footage. I further requested that she take me to the control room and let me see the footage myself or at least check the footage all the way from the shelf. She refused and I still do not have my money they.
