Treatment by staff leave bad taste in my mouth

After shopping at Woolworths Promenade store on Saturday 27th July13, and paying for goods purchased at Woolworths. I was stop by Woolworths Trolley Guard at exit of the store-demanding to check my trolley, while everybody is looking at me. He was told by Management to check all customers trolley's. It was very embarrasing, being a Woolworths customer for many years and Woolworths Managers allowing trolley guards to check customers trolleys to make sure that they have only Woolworths goods in their trolley. I spoke to 2 of Store Managers, only to be told that Woolworths store have trolley problem. Your are about to loss customers, because your stores can't sort out trolley problem. None of your other Woolworths Stores treat customers like Promenade Store.
