I received a statement at the chemist at Southgate. I took my son for uminisation in June 2013 and paid cash cause we were having trouble with the medical aid. I have been struggling with this since July.
The lady at the chemist said I must email this statement to get the info the medical aid requires.
My medical Aid is only valid till the 25 Nov 2013 and by then I need my R1200 refund back from them.
I requested the statement from Clicks since the 14 October and im being sent from pillar to post. The service big time.
