Too much redtape

On the 28th of June i contacted Ampath to request a statement for tests that i paid for cash in 2012 for tax purposes. the person i spoke to (a young man) said who am i to need this statement and what business do i have asking for this statement! I was extremely offended! it was my blood that was drawn to be tested. I paid cash for Ampath to do the test (it didnt go through my medical aid) and then this!! why should i have to justify why i need a statement for something i paid for!! he then told me he would submit my request. On the 1st of july I called again to see what the progress was and this time was told that i did not follow the correct procedure and that i have to send an email! why didnt the first person i spoke to tell me this? i sent the email as instructed and today i get an email again asking why do i want the statement!! again what's it to you? i paid over R2000 for these tests and all i ask is that you send me a statement! and everything is electronic so really does it have to be such a schelp?? it as if it's a matter of state security! why all the redtape?!?!?!?!?!?!? I would really appreciate it if you could send my statement a.s.a.p!!
