In December I went to Clicks Pharmacy for my prescription medication. I was asked if I was on medical aid, which I was and then gave my card. My card was given as well as the medication was in a sealed cage like container. We then went to the cashier and paid by Debit card.
When I received my medical aid statement I see there was the same amount paid to Clicks Pharmacy.
So basically we paid you at your stores with debit card and you take it off my medical aid as well?
If the medication was paid for the pharmacist should of advised it was done on medical aid
Please can you look into this as this is highly unacceptable
