My mom has asked me to say thank you very much to Dudley. She was absolutely amazed at the level of service received from him. She went to the Mplain Promenade branch on Friday and the item that she wanted was out of stock, he went the extra mile and said to her he will phone around and hear where they have it. What amazed her even further was the fact that even though he wasn't working the next day (Saturday) he ensured that her items get delivered.
Even I was totally amazed at this. So, a massive thank you once again to Dudley. Don't know what Promenade is doing differently now but this is now the 2nd time that i've seen such great service!!! Big Thumbs up to this store :)
