Attached find my latest medical aid statement in which my latest expenditure at clicks for chronic medicine amounts to R2667.24. This comes to an annual business opportunity for clicks to the amount of R32006.88, apart from our toiletries and other household goods that we buy on a monthly basis.
Also attached hereto is a letter from Strauss Recovery Solutions indicated that I had a shortfall on medical claims since 2010.
Clicks never, ever informed me of any money that I owed. Why did clicks not informed me by statement or when my medicine/or chronic medicine was captured on your system.
The money owed is not an issue but the way clicks treat me this way, has me decided to do business elsewhere.
My prescription for chronic medicine expired now and I will present my new prescription to dis-chem. I find these actions of clicks disgusting and will never do any business with clicks anymore.
I am sure that there is many people with the same problem and this is a shame on clicks.
