I was sick on 06/03/2013 i went to the Doctor for care cross which i am a member of care cross. the doctor examined me and gave me a prescription to get medication at the chemist. i checked the bank med pharmacy direct to check where i can go to in soweto to get medication under soweto pimville it states that i can go to clicks pharmacy in maponya mall and hyper soweto. i went to clicks pharmacy the que was too long an I was sick and when i got to the counter the medical aid was rejected. and then went to soweto hyper pharmacy and also there it was recjected which i was forced to pay cash for the medication which i spent r118 for it. so my problem is that what is the use of this medical aid if it cant even benefit me when i am sick. it means that i can even die having this medical aid. and the information i got for the pharmacies is on the website ia, m not even sure if it is updated or outdated. i would like for Bank Med to refund me my money. i pay this medical aid every month without fail and I do not get the treatment that i deserve
