Her attitute stinks for a customer representative

I saw an add on a news paper for a Click Clack sofa bed which is currently on special for R1599 and the add says its available at selected stores and one must call 0860 113 639 for a list of stores when I called the number the lady said its the online call centre that can assist me she then transfered me then i got to Bonolo who wanted to transfer me to the online again i to the on line call centre again and i explained to her that I have been transfered already and i always come to the customer service number and she said she cant assist asked if i cud speak to her superior she then put me on hold for 2 minutes and came back and said management is in a meeting, told her she must get one of them for me she said i mustnt give her attitude she then transfered me to online where i spoke to another customer service consultant, if this is how bonolo treats your customer i recommand customer service training for her because this is reflecting bad on the company's reputation and i wnat an apology from her all i want is to find out if i can get this click clack sofa bed in mamelodi, Is that too much to ask for? can some one call me asap and advise accordingly.
