Poor service/ clueless consultants

I called your call centre to cancel the overdraft on my account and it seemed as if nobody knows which department I must call in order to do the cancellation because I was sent from pillar to post. I called 0860112244, transfered to 0116322251, transfered to another department then transfered to sales. All these departments could not assist me in the end
