First I was never explained how the contract works in terms of billing and I have saved up my minutes for month only to be billed every month which does not make sence, secondly I called in and I was told my account was in Legal and when I called the number 0821905 which was given to me, it put me through to customer service, I given another number 0821949 which was the wrong dept again, I ask the consultant to transfer me to legal she instead transfered me to debt collection bearing in mind each I had to wait I hold for a good 15min to be transfered, eventually I get through to Legal after 4 incompetent consultant, and I was told "No ma'm our system is down we cant help you". I then asked the lady to call me back this was on the 27 February 2013 time 11:46 in the morning still waiting. Now today I told no ma'm the person you spoke to did not explain the contract billing terms with you. I'M SORRY like seriously is that about. Honestly I moved to Vodacom because I heard they were a better Network but you know what I feel they are the worst of all of them. I will be making sure I share with everyone what I think of you.
