I would like to take a minute to compliment your Customer Service representative Bonolo Masemola and Tebe (the rep under supervision) they did a champion job for me. I don't hesitate to complain when necessary, therefore it's imperative to compliments flow when appropriate. Tebe originally called to sell me the short-term insurance for a moment I wasn't sure if I needed to a call from him or even listening to him for 1 second but the manner in which he presented himself was stunning and unbelievable eye-opener. As a results I agreed to it and I will refer all my friends & family to MyWay as a results of my experience.
I ended up calling in 0860 today (14th) because I wanted to cancel the policy. That's when Bonolo come in asked the right questions, gave the right answers, and sent me to the relevant consultants for assistance and sent me my policy documents via my e-mail within seconds. When my insurance (other company) wanted to match your deal I called 0860 back to cancel MyWay policy and the very same Bonolo was ready to assist. I feel so special for once in my life. Good customer service is far and few this days and what I experienced from the day I received a call is priceless.
