Worst Call center agent eve

My wife called Sanlam call centre on number 0861 08 08 88 i conferenced her while listening to the call a Grant answered First he answered and paused my wife had to repeat herself and then ask can he hear her, she then asked could she give her id number. Grant said yes and then went quiet she gave the id number Grant did not once acknowledge her by saying or rather repeating the id number he just remained Quiet, She once again had to ask is he still on the line he asked her to give her names and then asked how can he assist she explained him and without saying anything he transferred the call through to a lady how could not assist, because she was in a different department, and had to transfer the call through to the switchboard. Grant should not be working in a call centre, he is non helpful and obviously not interested in his job, I am sure there are thousands of persons that will jump at a chance to work. Please send Grant on a basic customer service training course. Sis Grant what poor customer service. The call was made btw 14h28 -14h35
