My lounge suite was delivered without the scotch guarding. After no response from the branch manager I turned to the regional manager Wayne Anderson who assisted. I was told this morning 10:30 they would contact us 30 to 60 minutes before they would come to us. At 14:31 I text the regional manager Wayne informing him that I have not heard anything from Rochester. He promptly replied Darian (the dispatch manager) will phone me to confirm. At 15:46 I sent a text to Wayne again informing him that I was still waiting for Darian. Darian phoned me at 16:06 telling me the driver was making 1 delivery in Boksburg and would then come and attend to us after the delivery. At 18:12 I send a text to Darian asking him if his driver was making deliveries with an oxwagen as we were only 14 kilometers from his place of delivery. We have been waiting since 10h30 this morning (1 Nov 2013) and I am submitting my complain at 20:25.
