UNDELIVERED ORDER AND POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

I placed an order online at CNA on the 12th of February 2013. On the 13th of February 2013 I received an e-mail stating that my order would be delivered in 24 hours. It is the 20th of February 2013 today and I still do not know the whereabouts of my order even after numerous calls to the customer service centre!

There is a link on which you may click to track the order at CourierIt, however, the tracking number does not exist at this Courier Company and when phoning them, they also have no knowledge of the existence of such a tracking number.

When phoning Customer Care (which I have done more than 8 times) the relevant consultant puts you on hold and the line goes dead and they never return your call. With 2 consultants, I actually requested them to call me back, BUT THEY NEVER CALL BACK!

Following up on this order has cost me about R150 thus far and I could rather have just purchased the goods at EXCLUSIVE BOOKS instead as their service is impeccable and their prices a tad higher as they ALWAYS HAVE THE GOODS AVAILABLE IN STORE UNLIKE CNA!

I have placed an order online at CNA before this in 2012, did a formal complaint, but no response.
