Well done [URL Removed] team!

Friday was a day full of disappointments, but in the end, the support team at [URL Removed] made my day! We recently moved out of our house and are temporarily staying somewhere else until we move into our new house in the same estate as before. When I placed my order with [URL Removed] a week or two ago, I forgot to change my address details and realised only once the transaction was completed that the parcel was going to be delivered to my old address. I notified the new owners and the security at the estate to be on the lookout for my parcel. Friday, though, in between all the craziness of just living out of boxes, I phoned the estate security just to be informed that the couriers were there, but the guards on duty didn't know about the arrangement and sent them back.. I phoned the [URL Removed] support number and got through to Ricardo Sagewis (@ Century City). Ricardo played detective for the rest of the afternoon and kept me informed the whole time. If he said he will phone me at 16:00, he phoned me exactly at that time. Such service is unheard of. [URL Removed] can be really proud to have someone like Ricardo that didn't think that a Friday afternoon is 'heading home time'..
