Please cancel my contract

I called in a week ago to cancel my contract next month because its reached its 24months term and the guy from cancellation he adviced me to take a data contract 1gig for R69.00 and he promised to send me a notification sms, i did recieve the sms but the problem is instead of giving me what we agreed upong he gave a 3gig 24months contract for R169.00, the problem is i have been calling your call centre for 3 days in a raw to cancel, the 1st person said i needed to call the after sales and i did that and they told me they cant help me i need to call migration and today spoke to Webster and i explained the story again to him and he asked for my number which i gave him my ID to log my profile so he can assist me but instead he transfered me without telling me that his going to some lady was on the line and i explain the story again to her and she didnit help after explaining my fustration but she transfered me to the customer survey to rate the call! for what i have no idea.now i want my existing to contract to be cancel next on its due date am nolonger interested in your data because you dont know how to serve your customers will go to another provider...
