Impatient and Bad manners

I called the Woolworths customer service line and spoke to Marvin on 0860 022 002, I explained to him that I sent an email to inquire which stores in JHB still does lay byes and am not getting my responses on time, so I'd rather call. He just put me on hold and never said anything. I called back the same number and spoke to him again and when I asked why he hung up he mentioned that he was calling jhb stores to assist me, without telling me why I'm on hold, he said that his colleague who worked in all retails stores told him Woolies doesn't lay bye at all not even going the extra mile to confirm this as it states differently on the email.
I didn't even finish saying what i wanted to say and he hung up the phone. What bad telephone manners he has and laziness that was, so unprofessional, I hope this email will be read and something to be done about it. Very disappointed in the way I was treated.
