On 16th August I wrote to their customer care line about problems in the Gardens Centre Branch. I got an immediate automated response and have never heard any further. On 27th August I asked when I was going to hear from them and got an automated response again. I then went away on holiday so once again on 30th September I emailed the customer care line to find out what was happening and got an automated response. I have never heard again from them and they are clearly not planning to get back to me.
Gardens Centre branch, where I shop each week, never has veggies and fruit and there are no staff around to ask for anything. I am told that staff have been reduced so there aren't staff available. The only reason I still shop there is because I get Vitality points - that is the only reason! It is an extremely unpleasant experience these days. I would like to know what is going on and why they don't respond to me.
