I have now purchased two packs of Parmalat Maxi Slice processed cheese slices - 200g / 12 slices / individually wrapped, from my local Pick n Pay. The problem with the first pack, which I took the knock for, thinking it was just a once-off/dud pack ended up being repeated exactly, with my second pack. The cheese slices are incredibly thin and once you have peeled off the wrapper, the "cheese" is so thin that you cannot even pull off one whole slice, just little postage stamp sizes of cheese. You end up having to scrape the majority of the cheese off the plastic wrap coating with a knife and I am ending up with an extremely thin layer of cheese which barely covers half a slice of bread! I have to spread it like Melrose! I bought cheese slices not melrose spread. I am robbed of a full cheese slice as well due to the tiny bit of actual cheese sandwiched inbetween the plastic. Not what I am paying for at all. Feel Ripped off.
