I bought a cheese loaf few weeks ago and it had a small pin/nail inside, we were having a function so i was forced to use the cheese. I phoned the customer care line and i was given a ref 13/02/562, I spoke to Lonwabo who was very helpful, A lady called me asking me to keep the cheese a driver will come and collect it that was on the 18/02, the driver never came the cheese is stinking in the fridge and is moulding. I took it upon myself to call again spoke to Sandra who promised someone will call me and it will be collected by the 28/02 nothing as yet. I have sent them an email on the no one has bothered to reply. I'm seriously failing to understand why the driver is not coming to collect it as im concerned about the cheese mouldling. Incompotence service indeed. and it was not the retaliler 's fault at the nail was inside the packaging. It seems like no one at parmalat cares about our health. extremely dissapointed customer.
