I called Parmalat on the 27 April 2013 about the Melrose cheese wedges that was infested with worms. I still have the photos of the infested cheese, after 2 weeks of calls about the when they will collect the cheese they finally collected it and stated that they will be get back to me about what is happening and about the test result. Today is the 6 January 2014 8 months later and still no response or replacement a or voucher for the bad product. I really think Parmalat has no dedication to customer satisfaction and does not care about the opinion customer. As the say local is the best and trust worthy and that they will go out of they way to make sure their customers are happy.
