Pathetic service and attitude

Found the branch number of the website. Requested to speak to someone in die magazines department. After speaking to the 4th person in connection with a Bike SA magizine a realized I was at edgars. Didn't know they shared a line since you can't make out what the reseptionis says when she answers the phone. They reguested me to put down the phone, phone again and ask for CNA which I did. After speaking to the 3rd person I was aked for my number, the branch manager will phone me back. Don't know why, maybe she must phone the supplier since I am looking for 2 copies of Sep 2013 edition. There are no manner or any telephone ettiquette. I once again know why I don't support Cna at all anymore f the last couple of years.
