I spent 30 minutes on the phone this morning trying to get assistance and clarity. I requested to speak to a manager, and I was transferred 3 times, and to my surprise I did not speak to a manager once.

The first lady I spoke to said she will transfer me to a manager.

After speaking to Simphiwe she advised me she is the team leader, again I was transferred, I then spoke to Tavashni who is the supervisor.

I requested my terms and conditions, Tavashni said this will be handled by the admin department. I told Tavashni I will follow up with her in 3 hours (because she did not offer to follow up) and I asked for her telephone number which she gave.

I gave it 4 hours and got no response, when I tried to phone Tavashni back on the number she gave me- number does not even ring?? 087 730 6276

As a client it is my right to speak to a manager, however I had to argue when I requested to speak to a manager.

Also telling clients when they have a query to go into a branch just to try and get rid of an irate client is not the way to go, that is why you have a call centre.
