Sent in non-responsive phone for repair on 16.8.2013.By 21.9.2013 my phone had not been returned. Phoned MTN De Anker branch multiple times, they told me to be patient - not once did they phone HQ to find out where the phone was. Phoned MTN customer services on 21.9.2013, found out my phone was replaced and sent back 21.8.2013. Between 21.8.2013 and 27.9.2013 my phone could not be located. Picked up "replacement" phone from branch on 30.9.2013, but it was not sealed, signed no documents for it. It is a used phone - photos to prove it. Phoned 2.10.2013 to tell MTN that the phone is used and not new, Nikita Sinden at branch claims it is not their fault that the phone is not new. Asked to speak to a manager, she refused to give out the number. Requested a call from the area manager, no response yet. I do not want to use this phone, but I cannot remain without a phone. Also, reported incorrect details on MTN system numerous times, but I am still listed as Mr Madiri Maholokhane on their system. Please assist urgently.
