What happened to customer service?

I went into the Centurion branch in July and again the beginning of August requesting information on beauty products and more specific, Estee Lauder products and was told to rather phone the branch and ask to speak to Leaticia.

On 28 August I phoned the Centurion branch to see if I can get hold of Leaticia. Asked the operator to put me through and she put me through to someone COMPLETELY incompetent and as it turns out out-of-this-world rude. She eventually put the phone down in my ear - knowing she cannot be held accountable, because I did not know who I was speaking to.

I tried to phone back numerous times, wanting to speak to the store manager - with no joy. The phone keeps on ringing endlessly.

This particular branch never fails to disappoint!!

Just another note - They make you feel like a CRIMINAL when asking for a sample to first try a product because of extremely sensitive skin!! (but I have found this in most Edgars stores..)
