This all started off when my girlfriend and myself went to go get new contracts at Cell C, while speaking to the agent helping us she came off as rather rude and abrasive, probably because she had to work on a Sunday. The first thing I asked as the phones we where trying to get were out of stock do any other branches have stock and she replied no. a couple of days later a college at work got himself the same home from a different branch the same day he went in.
I went back to the store and requested to speak to the manager who was not available and a man called sean came to assist, the attitude from this person is unbelievable and actually looked like he was on drugs at the time, no apology was made for the issue or any type of help was offered. the worst thing was while speaking to him he actually had the nerve to start walking away and start speaking to the other people on the floor. how this man is allowed to even be in the shop is beyond me never the less have any sort of managerial role.
Still a week and a half later and no phone call even after i messaged cell c directly regarding the issue, really bad service from the start with this company
