On saturday, 12/10/2013 I was completely taken by surprise to hear such vulgarities from a manager of a Toy Store. I had approached a sales lady, who refused to provide me with her name, and asked for a bottle warmer which was held in a lcked cabinet. She had then approached the store manager Linda, to request the key. only to find out that the key to the safe was left with Linda's toddler who was being pushed around the mall in a pram. I had heard every swear word being used from the staff room, and even asking to speak to the manager she refused to come out to apologise or to address the problem. Reggies Lakeside, has the worse manager under the sun, who even knowing that it is a store that may at any time be filled with minor children uses vulgarities. After this pathetic lack of professionalism received, i had left the store empty handed, no item and no apology. Needless to say Reggies has now lost the business of my family and friends, Toys R Us boksburg, Awesome Service all the time. and they go out of their way to assist no matter what the task. Reggies (@Linda) you big time, this is a store that does not deserve to be open to public!
